Minnesota Saw Works manufactures band saw blades from 3 inches to 6 inches wide. Our high-quality blades begin with Uddeholm Steel® and are built in the USA with exemplary craftsmanship. Real-world sawmill experience is imparted to every blade we manufacture.
Blades will be manufactured and optimized for species or application in standard swaged steel or tipped with precision ground Stellite® for longer runs and higher accuracy.
Expert Blade Service & Repair
Our expert blade services include leveling, tensioning, welding, swage & shape fitting or stellite®-tipping. Here again, our staff applies years of manufacturing and sawmill experience in the field to our reconditioning and repair, with a strong motivation to achieve a quality of product that we can be proud of in the mill.
